Lesley’s passion for property started in 1979, when she and her husband Kevin bought their first property in East London. They doubled their money and sold within two years, enabling them to buy the house in which they raised their family. Over the last 40+ years, they have bought and sold many times and built a small, successful personal property portfolio which has enabled them to support their children on their own property ventures.

Thirty years on from that first purchase, Lesley’s passion was not waning. In 2009, after spending twelve years as a financial adviser, she decided that she wanted to share her considerable knowledge and experience with her clients. So, she gave up her license to give authorised advice and was now free talk to her clients about the investment options available with property. She hasn’t looked back since.

The key to Lesley’s success is not only her deep understanding of financial and property investments, but also her personal experience. It hasn’t all been plain sailing and she and Kevin have had their fingers burned on a couple of occasions.  But that knowledge gives her the essential credentials to help her clients and make sure they don’t fall into the same traps. She knows that if she had had the business partners she works closely with now, they would have been saved the pitfalls. This is why she is dedicated to sharing her knowledge, experience and contacts to ensure her clients have a safe and enjoyable journey on the road to property investment.
