December 2023
2023? It’s been a bit of a “mixed bag”…..
Well they do say that each year passes quicker with age and that is most certainly true of 2023 as it has flown by.
As the year draws to a close, our latest newsletter brings you the news and views that we think you’ll benefit from reading.
Despite all the media headlines centred on the impact of high interest rates, a potential slowdown of the investment property market and a sluggish economy with little growth, our view is that this year hasn’t been quite as difficult as forecast…..read more on our views of 2023 in our year-end blog which you’ll find below and here.
We have a property project of our own on the go: we are finally seeing the end to the renovations to our new property in Sawbridgeworth, after the usual delays in receiving materials and availability of good contractors. It seems that the property building trade is still very much thriving and in demand, despite what we may read in the media!
Wherever and however you plan on spending the forthcoming festive season, we hope it’ll be with family and friends and that there will be time to both relax and have fun.
With our very best wishes for the festive season and here’s to a healthy and prosperous 2024.
