Last night Lesley and myself with some of our clients, attended the Property Investment Seminar at the Holiday Inn Brentwood.
There was a great turn out of over 50 people who were interested in learning more about investing in property.
Refreshments were provided including Danish pastries and cakes prior to the start of the seminar, which I must say went down very well.
Jason Howard of Property Investor Partnership introduced himself as one of the partners of the company, then did a fantastic presentation, captivating the audience, and covering the following
Why and when to invest in property compared with other investments.
Where to invest in property with potentially high yields, i.e. Location, Location, Location.
How to build a successful property portfolio.
The relationships Pip have built with developers enabling them to obtain discounts which benefits the investor.
Recent tax changes and how it effects new and established property investors.
How to obtain buy to let mortgages.
Making the most of property cycles.
How successful PIP have been over the last 7 years, in creating prosperous property portfolio’s for their clients.
Current availability of properties.
Jason is an experienced property investor, who has successfully used property to build and create wealth and diversify his investments. He and his partners have created the same for their clients.
This was a thoroughly informative and enjoyable evening.
We have worked with Jason and PIP over 7 years securing good investment properties for our clients.
Due to the demand of these events, PIP will be hosting another seminar in April, so if you are interested in attending and if you have a friend or family member who would also like to come along please do invite them, and let us know by emailing Lesley@slric.com or Kevin@slric.com.
We shall inform you of the date as soon as possible.
